I’ve been in the travel business for just over 30 years, the last 19 of which have been with Baldwins Travel in their Corporate and Business Travel Management department, BBTM. During this time, I’ve encountered most situations – from the disruption caused by volcanic ash clouds to organising Trade Missions around the world.
Many of my clients have been with me throughout my career, yet I still enjoy the challenge of developing working relationships with new clients and embracing the constant changes within the industry. The more complex the itinerary, the happier I am to help you.

With nearly 30 years in the industry, I have a passion for everything travel. With a varied career in retail, tour operating and the cruise sector, I’ve experienced and learnt so much.
I decided to move to Business Travel Management 3 months ago, looking for a new challenge. It’s fast-paced and exciting, with no two days ever being the same, and I enjoy helping my clients manage their corporate travel needs effectively.
I started my travel career over 30 years ago. My passion for travel grew as I gained extensive knowledge and experience working for a leading multiple business travel agent in London.
At Baldwins Business travel Management, I enjoy putting together complex worldwide itineraries for my corporate clients, and I specialise in group and incentive travel. I’m a natural organiser, professional and always work to tight deadlines, and am satisfied by a job well done.
Having worked across both business travel management and leisure travel for 14 years, I have an extensive knowledge of the industry and take satisfaction from finding the best travel solutions for our clients.
I really enjoy being part of a skilled team here at BBTM, and strive to provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced sales environment.
Ron has worked in the Travel Industry for 55 years, and as Chairman has owned and run Baldwins Travel Agency Group for 27 years. Previously he held Director level roles in leading Travel Companies.
He is extremely proud of the achievements of Baldwins Travel and its amazing staff, and is delighted that he now heads a true family business along with his wife, Sally Ann, and sons Nick and Chris.
Nick joined Baldwins Travel over 20 years ago, and is a very well-known and respected leader in the travel industry. He looks after various parts of the business from Corporate Travel to Marketing and Accounting.
Father of two, he spends much of his leisure time enjoying being with his daughters. His passion for skiing remains all-consuming and he enjoys sharing with our customers his experiences on the slopes.
When Chris joined the family business 6 years ago he brought to Baldwins Travel a wealth of experience in Human Resources, Commercial Property Management and Sales.
Married, with a young son and a very busy life, he nevertheless has not lost his fondness for travel, having recently been to South Africa and New Zealand with his young family!
